Mayor Phil Gordon and the Phoenix City Council invite you to an evening Town Hall meeting on the proposed downtown plan. The draft plan is the result of months of community discussions. This is a blueprint for the future. Significant implementation planning will follow, through an inclusive and diverse community process.
