Need Studio Space

Posting this for a friend. . .
Local woodworker looking to rent studio space, ideally approximately 1200 square feet but also willing consider as little as 350 sq feet if you know of something available. Please contact Doug or Kim directly at kim2@burgeon.com if you have a lead on something! thanks
