1) 400 sq. ft. workspace at the Citywide Studios
building will be available February 1st. Rent is
$221.44 a month plus tenant pays electrical (average
$25-30 a month). Swamp cooling, in space bathroom.
Also, tenant must carry liability insurance. Address
is 701-711 N. 15th Avenue (NE corner of Pierce and
15th Ave.) if you want to check it out.

2) 1,000 sq. ft. space on Grand Avenue, with small
kitchen, swamp cooling and in-space bathroom available
February 1st. Prefer small, eclectic business that is
open to the public. Rent is $ 850.00 a month
(includes bills). Tenant must carry liability
insurance. Address is 1023 Grand Ave, (La Melgosa
building), generally on the SW corner of Grand and
Fillmore (next to the Stop n' Look windows).
