We are looking for a new roommate as our 2 current roommates are moving out, one to LA and the other in with their significant other !

This is a large 4 bedroom house with a 2 car garage (which we use for storage) and an air conditioned artist studio. The back yard is huge and has a big pool too. Rent is $350/mo and bills average about $130/mo. Also in the house is a washer and dryer.

The 2 rooms that are available both have cable tv hookup and high speed internet access in them and there is also wireless internet available throughout the house and backyard.

We are 3.4 miles (about 6 minutes) from ASU and about a mile from Mesa Community College, Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and the Conservatory for Recording Arts and Sciences.

We are both vegan and are looking for the following qualities in a roommate:
*pay bills on time (1st & 15th)
*clean & neat
*responsible
*vegan/vegetarian (optional)
*artist <em>(optional
