For over a year, the city has been trying to acquire the house I'm living in. Yesterday they managed to do it.
Eric (the owner) and I decided to throw an impromptu art - party. I'm calling it The Imminent, Eminent, Gallery Party.

I'm looking for a few artists, fire performers, mimes, trapeze artists, anyone who wants to contribute to this little shindig.

The house is just south of Writers Block.

I'll be moving furniture out today and tomorrow. We'll have 3 rooms for standing and wall art, a reasonable sized back yard (think Firehouse) for poi and other performances. I have one small sound system for inside, if anyone has a boom box for music in the back yard that would also be appreciated.

I'm putting flyers around today and tomorrow, will be posting sign-age outside and posting on myspace, artish, etc.

If you have art you want to show or unusual ideas for this gig, call me or send an email asap!

Snacks and beverages will be present.
